Wasatch Advisors has announced that, effective today, three Senior Equities Analysts have become Associate Portfolio Managers.

Andrey Kutuzov, CFA, who joined Wasatch in 2008, has become an Associate Portfolio Manager for the Wasatch Emerging Markets Small Cap Fund (WAEMX). Linda Lasater, CFA, who joined Wasatch in 2006, has become an Associate Portfolio Manager for the Wasatch International Growth Fund (WAIGX). And Jared Whatcott, CFA, who joined Wasatch in 2005, has become an Associate Portfolio Manager for the Wasatch International Opportunities Fund (WAIOX). The existing Portfolio Managers for these three funds remain in place.

Associate Portfolio Manager is a new title at Wasatch Advisors. "This title recognizes the contributions, dedication and growing roles of Andrey, Linda and Jared as members of the Wasatch international equity team," said Roger Edgley, Director of International Research. "Our entire staff of research analysts and portfolio managers will continue to work together and share ideas in pursuit of the best risk-adjusted performance for all of the Wasatch Funds."
