RESIGNATION OF A NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR, A MEMBER OF THE AUDIT COMMITTEE AND THE REMUNERATION COMMITTEE

The board (the "Board") of directors (the "Directors") of Wah Ha Realty Company Limited (the "Company") announces that with effect from 5 January 2017, Mr. John Ho ("Mr. Ho") has resigned as a Non-executive Director, a member of the Audit Committee and the Remuneration Committee of the Company due to health reasons.

Mr. Ho has confirmed that he has no claim against the Company in respect of his resignation and did not have any disagreement with the Board. There is no other matter relating to his resignation that needs to be brought to the attention of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited and the shareholders of the Company

The Board would like to express its gratitude and sincere appreciation to Mr. Ho for the professionalism, diligence and valuable contributions that he has made to the Company during his tenure of office.
