DISCLOSEABLE AND CONNECTED TRANSACTION

IN RELATION TO

THE DISPOSAL OF THE COMPANY'S ENTIRE SHAREHOLDING IN

EASTERN TAILOR ENTERPRISES LIMITED

DELAY IN DESPATCH OF CIRCULAR

Reference is made to the announcement of Wah Ha Realty Company Limited (the "Company") dated 13 December 2017 (the "Announcement") in relation to, among other things, the Company Disposal. Capitalised terms used herein shall have the same meaning as defined in the Announcement unless the context otherwise requires.

As disclosed in the Announcement, a circular (the "Circular") containing, among other things, details of the Company Disposal, the recommendation of the IBC, the advice of the IFA, the notice of the General Meeting and other information as required under the Listing Rules is expected to be despatched to the Shareholders on or before 8 January 2018.

Since additional time is required for the Company to prepare and finalise certain information to be included in the Circular, it is expected that the despatch date of the Circular would be postponed to a date on or before 22 January 2018.
