ST. GEORGE- Utah State University Extension, in partnership with the Utah Farm Bureau Federation, presents the Hay and Forage Symposium, January 26-27, 2017, at the Dixie Center in St. George, Utah.

Hay and forage production are an integral part of Utah agriculture, supporting the state's livestock industry and providing an export crop to other states and abroad. The 2-day Hay and Forage Symposium features sessions on nutrient management, crop rotation, alfalfa quality, pest management and more.

In addition to the symposium's sessions there will be a trade show exhibition giving attendees the opportunity to see new and improved products and technology. The trade show will also feature several educational and safety displays.

There will be a hands-on alfalfa diagnostic pre-conference session Thursday morning, January 26, 2017, with an additional cost of $30. Regular symposium registration is $100; late registration begins January 10, 2017, and will be $125.
