Reference is made to (i) the announcement (the "Announcement") of Universal Technologies Holdings Limited (the "Company") dated 22 June 2015 in relation to, among other things, the proposed Acquisition, and (ii) the announcement (the "Delay Announcement") of the Company dated 14 July 2015 in respect of the delay in despatch of the circular in relation to the aforesaid proposed Acquisition. Capitalised terms used herein shall have the same meanings as those defined in the Announcements unless otherwise specified.
As disclosed in the Delay Announcement, the date of despatch of the Circular was postponed to a date on or before 4 August 2015.

As additional time is required for the preparation and finalisation of certain information for inclusion in the Circular, it is expected that the date of despatch of the Circular will be postponed to a date on or before 25 August 2015.
