POSITIVE PROFIT ALERT

This announcement is made by Superactive Group Company Limited (the "Company")

pursuant to Rule 13.09 of the Rules Governing the Listing of Securities on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited (the "Listing Rules") and the Inside Information Provisions of Part XIVA of the Securities and Futures Ordinance (Chapter 571, Laws of Hong Kong).

The board (the "Board") of directors (the "Directors") of the Company wishes to inform the shareholders and potential investors of the Company that, based on the preliminary assessment by the Board on the unaudited consolidated management accounts of the Company and its subsidiaries (the "Group") for the year ended 31 December 2017, the Group expected to record a significant increase in the consolidated net profit for the year ended 31 December 2017 as compared with that for the year ended 31 December 2016.

Such significant increase in consolidated net profit is primarily due to (i) the increase in share results of an assoiciate; and (ii) the gain of bargain purchase recognized in the acquisition of the entire equity interest in Shenzhen City Qianhai Wanke Financial Services Company Limited.

The information contained in this announcement is only based on a preliminary assessment by the Board with reference to the information currently available from the management accounts of the Group, which have not been reviewed or audited by the Company's auditors and are subject to possible adjustments arising from further review.
