UPC customers now benefit from Switzerland's best mobile network
The switch of UPC Mobile customers to the Swisscom network has been successfully completed. UPC is now providing even more value to its customers and is preparing a new mobile portfolio with the most attractive mobile packages on the market. A new premium infrastructure for residential and business customers in Switzerland has been established.

Over the last few days, all of UPC's Mobile customers have been migrated from the Salt mobile network to that of Swisscom, rated by the 2018 Connect and Chip test as the best mobile network in Switzerland.
With this migration, UPC is bringing broader coverage and more reliability to its mobile services. The combination of its own high-performance fibre optic network with Swisscom's first-rate mobile network constitutes a strong new premium infrastructure on the market. UPC is now the only operator in Switzerland able to offer top connectivity speed for both fixed-line and mobile across its entire footprint.
"We are focusing on bringing more value to our residential and business customers", says Severina Pascu, CEO of UPC. She adds: "The new mobile network complements and enhances our propositions by providing our customers the best means to stream and to stay connected in the home and outside the home."
More for everyone at the same price
The switch took place automatically. Customers continue to use the same UPC SIM card and there are no changes to the subscriptions for current Mobile customers. The only change is: they now communicate on Switzerland's strongest mobile network.

Along with this switch to Switzerland's strongest network, UPC is planning to refresh its mobile portfolio and to offer Switzerland's most attractive mobile packages. More information on this will follow soon.
