On the basis of para. 103 sec. 1 of the Ordinance of the Minister of Finance dated February 19, 2009 on current and periodical information submitted by the issuers of securities and the terms of recognising as equivalent information required by the regulations of a non-EU member state, the Management Board of Travelplanet.pl S.A. announces to the public deadlines of publication of the Company's periodic reports in 2013:
1. Consolidated quarterly reports:
- for Q1 of 2013 - May 15th, 2013
- for Q3 of 2013 - November 14th, 2013
2. Consolidated half-year report for the first six months of 2013 - August 29th, 2013
3. An annual report for 2012 - March 21st, 2013
4. Consolidated annual report for 2012 - March 21st, 2013
Pursuant to para. 101 item 2 of the Ordinance of the Minister of Finance dated February 19, 2009 the Issuer is not obliged to submit a consolidated quarterly report for Q2 of an accounting year, and pursuant to para. 102 sec. 1 of the Ordinance of the Minister of Finance dated February 19, 2009, the Issuer will not announce to the public a consolidated quarterly report for Q4 of 2013.
Concurrently, the Issuer declares that pursuant to para. 83 sections 1 and 3 of the Ordinance on current information the Company will not publish separate quarterly reports and a half-year report. The Issuer's consolidated quarterly reports and a consolidated half-year report will contain appropriately quarterly financial information and abridged half-year financial statements.
