January 8, 2013 TRADING SYMBOL: TDW-(TSX-V) CONSOLIDATION Vancouver, British Columbia Touchdown Resources Inc. ("TDW") (the "Company") announces that pursuant to a resolution passed by shareholders at a Special Meeting held on December 18, 2012, the Company has consolidated its authorized capital on a ten (10) old for one (1) new basis. The trading symbol and name of the Company have not been changed.

Effective at the opening on Tuesday, January 8, 2013, the common shares of Touchdown Resources Inc. will commence trading on the TSX Venture Exchange on a consolidated basis. The Company is classified as a "Mineral Exploration/Development" company.

Capitalization: Unlimited shares with no par value of which 3,927,008 shares are issued and outstanding.
