Toscana Country Club, the premier luxury resort community in Indian Wells, California, has completed several project enhancements following 11 successful years of real estate sales and development. In 2015, Toscana sold 56 homes, resulting in a sales volume of over $96,000,000, and plans to release additional homesites early this year. In keeping with the tradition of providing the highest quality amenities to Members and homeowners, Toscana opened the final nine holes on the Jack Nicklaus Signature North Course, introduced the new Bill Harmon Performance Center and debuted three newly renovated and redecorated show homes. In addition, the Club recently completed a major kitchen expansion for its restaurant, Il Forno Trattoria.

“We fine-tuned our Club and community over the summer so that Members and homeowners could return in the Fall to experience several fresh, new developments,” said William Bone, CEO and Founder of Sunrise Company, developer of Toscana Country Club. “We were excited for Members to play the new golf holes and use the new Bill Harmon Performance Center that is helping them master their golf game. The renovated show homes are stunning and the new homesites will be in some of the most desirable locations in the community.”

The Bill Harmon Performance Center uses advanced video technology to help Members improve their golf game, and is led by Director of Instruction Bill Harmon. A Golf Digest Top 50 golf instructor who teaches through individual instruction and clinics, Harmon coaches Members using tools including V1 Pro Video swing analysis software, SAM Puttlab and the BodiTrak Golf System. Bill Harmon also works hand-in-hand with Titleist Performance Institute-certified fitness trainers to provide customized training for Members to improve power, flexibility, set-up posture, endurance and decrease risk of injury.

Toscana Country Club enlisted the help of Los Angeles-based interior designer Jeff Valenson to redesign the 623 show home and Palm Desert-based interior designer Cindy Sage FitzHenry to redesign the 621 and 723 show homes. “We’ve lightened the palate of the home, and included more color options so that potential homeowners can see the array of choices they have when designing their new home,” said Valenson. “In the 623 show home we’ve kept the Tuscan inspiration, but incorporated newer fabrics and textures, in addition to updating structural details in the home including the master bathroom, kitchen and great room.” The renovated show homes are available to tour, along with the seven other show homes currently open for viewing.
