Transactions in Company's shares

The Management Board of Indykpol S.A. informs that on January 24, 2012 has received information on the basis of an article 160 of an Act on Trading in Financial Instruments of July 29, 2005 (Journal of Law of 2005 r. no 183 item 1538).

Pursuant to the content of above mentioned notification, the Supervisory Board Member informed that acquired 1200 common shares of Indykpol S.A. at an average price of 42,00 zlotys for one share, between 13 January to 18 January, 2012. The transactions has been concluded on the regulated market of the Warsaw Stock Exchange at the ordinary session.

Simultaneously, the obliged person, in connection with §2 (5) of the Decree by the Minister of Finance of November 15, 2005 on passing and making accessible information on certain transactions in financial instruments and rules of making and conducting lists of persons having access to certain confidential information (Journal of Laws No. 229, item 1950),

informed the Issuer, about transactions of purchase Indykpol's shares in 2011, the value of which did not exceed 5,000 EUR. Information concerned the purchase of 79 shares of Indykpol SA at the price of 38 PLN per one share on September 23, 2011.

The announcing person is obliged to provide information concerning contracted transactions in Indykpol's shares due to the fact that holds the position of the Member of the Company's Supervisory Board. The obliged person did not agree to make public personal details.
