CrowdStrike Holdings shares rose after the cybersecurity software maker posted robust third-quarter revenue growth, boosted by demand for its cloud and identity-protection security products.

Okta said hackers stole data for all of its customer support system users in a breach that the identity-verification company disclosed last month.

Cybersecurity firm BlueVoyant agreed to buy closely held Conquest Cyber, a startup focused on the government and defense sectors, its fifth acquisition since 2020.
