Tarmac Cement and Lime : simplifies structure of Aggregates and Asphalt and Readymix businesses to enhance customer experience

Tarmac is creating a new, simplified structure for its Aggregates and Asphalt (A&A) and Readymix (RMX) business units, to enhance customer experience.

Three regions will be formed, each led by a managing director and a number ofarea directors, who will manage separate RMX and A&A activities within their territories. The changes ensure that the business continues to offer excellent service to all customers, through a more flexible, coordinated local approach that provides greater direct access to its products and expertise, while addressing the requirements of national customers.
