Maximum production and delivery were in lignite
Marketable production of solid fuels was 139 thousand 154 tonnes for hard coal, 4 million 571 thousand 258 tonnes for lignite and 359 thousand 624 tonnes for coke derived from hard coal in November 2016. For the same month, deliveries were 3 million 377 thousand 504 tonnes for hard coal, 4 million 518 thousand 414 tonnes for lignite and 430 thousand 628 tonnes for coke derived from hard coal.
The lowest ratio of production to deliveries was in hard coal The lowest ratio of marketable production to deliveries was in hard coal by 4.1%. This ratio was 83.5% for coke derived from hard coal and 101.2% for lignite.
Hard coal and lignite were delivered mostly to the thermal power plantsDistribution of solid fuels according to breakdown of main delivery places was 44.1% to thermal power plants, 13.6% to coking plants, 7.2% to industry (except iron and steel industry) for hard coal whereas, 81.4% to thermal power plants for lignite and 97.4% to iron and steel industry for coke derived from hard coal.
