LCES-2015 is included in the Euro-Asia Economic Forum, which is one of the most important national conferences, hosted by a number of ministries and commissions. SusGlobal Energy will have an opportunity to present details from a number of projects completed in Canadian cities that combined technologies to move towards a sustainable future for these communities. The projects focus on taking municipal solid wastes (including wastewater treatment plant biosolids), treating the wastes to enhance recovery of biogas for power and heat end uses, and allowing the resulting biosolids to be integrated into organic fertilizers. A number of techniques will be presented that fit with the unique characteristics found in communities that have adopted different solid waste management methods. These combinations of technologies are at the core of SusGlobal Energy’s business model and have applications in high urban growth regions as well as in more stable population centers that are moving to a sustainable future.

The Company also announces that a new CUSIP number (86909W100) has been assigned to its common stock. The Company will require the mandatory exchange of all existing common stock certificates issued with or under any prior CUSIP number for new stock certificates with the new active CUSIP number.
