CHANGE OF COMPANY SECRETARY AND ALTERNATE AUTHORISED REPRESENTATIVE

The board (the "Board") of directors (the "Directors") of Soundwill Holdings Limited (the "Company") hereby announces that Ms. Tang So Him ("Ms. Tang") has ceased to act as company secretary of the Company (the "Company Secretary") and alternate authorised representative of the Company (the "Alternate Authorised Representative") to Ms. Chan Wai Ling ("Ms. Chan"), an executive director of the Company, with effect from 25 January 2019.

Ms. Tang has confirmed that she has no disagreement with the Board and there is no matter in relation to her cessation that needs to be brought to the attention of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited or the shareholders of the Company.

The Board is pleased to announce that Mr. Tse Wai Hang ("Mr. Tse") has been appointed as the Company Secretary and the Alternate Authorised Representative to Ms. Chan with effect from 25 January 2019.

Mr. Tse graduated from the University of Hong Kong with a bachelor's degree in laws. He is a qualified solicitor in Hong Kong and has over 20 years working experience in the legal field.

The Board would like to take this opportunity to express its sincere gratitude to Ms. Tang for her valuable contributions to the Company during her tenure of service and also extend its warmest welcome to Mr. Tse on his new appointment.
