The board of directors (the "Board") of Skyfame Realty (Holdings) Limited (the "Company", together with its subsidiaries, the "Group") is pleased to announce that the Group's contracted sales of properties for the year ended 31 December 2015 amounted to approximately RMB3,270 million ("Total Contracted Sales"), of which contracted sales of approximately RMB523 million represented the first lot of residential property sales made under a framework agreement entered between a subsidiary of the Group and the district government of Liangqing in Nanning, Guangxi province for the settlement of residents in a shanty town near the Group's project in Liangqing District, Nanning, Guangxi province. The remaining contracted sales were made with individual property buyers.
The Total Contracted Sales represent 109% of the contract sales target for the 2015 financial year as announced by the Company on 11 March 2015.
The sales data disclosed above is unaudited and is based on preliminary internal information of the Group which may differ from figures to be disclosed in the audited or unaudited consolidated financial statements that will be published by the Company on an annual or half- yearly basis, due to uncertainties during the process of collating such sales information that
