The board of directors (the "Board") of Sino Distillery Group Limited (the "Company") hereby announces that the head office and principal place of business of the Company in Hong Kong will be changed to Unit 1001E, 10/F, East Ocean Centre, 98 Granville Road, Tsim Sha Tsui, Kowloon, Hong Kong with effect from 17 January 2015.
The Board also announces that the description for the registered office of the Company in the
Cayman Islands has been modified to P.O. Box 309, Ugland House, Grand Cayman, KY1-
1104, Cayman Islands as from 7 January 2015. The physical location of the registered office of the Company in the Cayman Islands has not been changed as a result of the modification.
