  • Gerhard (Gary) Anderson, promoted from associate to partner, is a member of the Firm’s Business Transactions Group. He works with public and private companies, private investment funds, investment management firms, financial institutions, business owners, and managers in connection with a variety of business transactions, financings, and general corporate matters. Gary received his B.A. from Lafayette College and his J.D. from Case Western Reserve University School of Law.
  • Keith Billotti, promoted from associate to partner, is a member of the Firm’s Capital Markets Group. His practice involves all aspects of corporate and U.S. securities law for clients primarily in the shipping, offshore drilling, and hedge fund industries. He received his B.A. from Colgate University and his J.D. from Brooklyn Law School.

Additionally, David Johnson, a member of the Firm’s Global Bank and Institutional Finance Group, Hoyoon Nam, a member of the Firm’s Maritime and Transportation Finance Group, and Andrew Robertson, a member of the Firm’s Corporate Finance and Securitization Group, have all been elevated from associate to counsel.
