Joseph A. LoCicero, President & CEO of The Segal Group, has announced that Jesse M. Rivera has joined the firm’s Administration and Technology Consulting (ATC) Practice as Vice President and Senior Consultant.
Mr. LoCicero commented, “Jesse brings significant leadership experience in operations and technology. His knowledge in managing software development, system operations, business intelligence, analytics and technology infrastructure, especially for third party administrators servicing multiemployer funds adds a new dimension to our ATC practice.”

Mr. Rivera holds an MBA with honors from St. Mary’s College of California (Moraga, CA), and an M.S. and B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of California, Davis (Davis, CA). He is based in Segal’s San Francisco office and is reporting to Mr. Lerner.
