Reference is made to the announcement dated 2 December 2016 ('Initial Announcement') in relation to the joint-venture between Scanwolf Plastic Industries Sdn Bhd with Nissha Industrial And Trading Malaysia Sdn Bhd.
Unless otherwise stated, the definitions used throughout this announcement shall have the same meaning as defined in the Initial Announcement.
The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to inform that the JVC by the name Nissha Flooring Industries Sdn Bhd has been incorporated on 8 December 2016. SPISB has on 6 January 2017 acquired 1 Share of RM1.00 each and subscribed 348,999 Shares of RM1.00 each in JVC, aggregating in total 349,000 Shares of RM1.00 each, representing 34.9% equity interest in JVC.
