STEM High School learners had a unique opportunity to experience Chinese culture through the artistic creation of food. Returning to their STEM Middle School classroom, learners in grades 9-12, worked with thier World Language Learning Coach Chen as well as a Chinese family who are visitors to our country. Together, they made Chinese dumplings. This experience was part of the STEM High School's new intersession programming called STEMposium. Enhancing creativity in STEM curriculum, STEMposium provided the opportunity for learners to explore self-selected course offerings this first week in January.
