Description | SELANGOR PROPERTIES BERHAD (THE "COMPANY") - PROPOSED AMENDMENTS TO THE ARTICLES OF ASSOCIATION OF THE COMPANY |
The Board of Directors of the Company is proposing to seek shareholders' approval at the forthcoming Fifty-Fifth Annual General Meeting of the Company to amend its Articles of Association to be in line with the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad and to update the Articles of Association of the Company to be consistent with the prevailing laws, guidelines or requirements of the relevant authorities ("Proposed Amendments").
Details of the Proposed Amendments will be set out in the Annual Report of the Company for the financial year ended 31 October 2016.
