MOSCOW, May 20 (Reuters) - The Russian rouble firmed against the U.S. dollar on Monday.

By 0715 GMT, the rouble was 0.08% higher at 90.88 to the dollar after trading in a range of 90.840 to 91.150.

Against the euro, the rouble fell 0.09% to 98.83 and gained 0.29% to 12.54 against the yuan .

Brent crude oil, a global benchmark for Russia's main export, rose 0.4% to $84.29 a barrel.

Russian stock indexes rose. The dollar-denominated RTS index rose 0.47% to 1,217.59. The rouble-based MOEX Russian index gained 0.3% to 3,512.56.
