MOSCOW, May 12 (Reuters) - Russia will be able to increase the output of fuel, including production of gasoline, the TASS news agency cited acting Deputy Prime Minister Alexander Novak as saying on Monday.

On Saturday, Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin proposed to lawmakers to re-appoint Novak as Deputy Prime Minister with providing him with additional duties for running the economy.

Novak added that he aimed to keep the growth of fuel prices within current inflation. (Reporting by Reuters; editing by Guy Faulconbridge)
