Contents of the Current Report:
The Management Bard of ROBYG S.A. with its registered orfice In Warsaw (the
"Company") hereby announces the dates of publication of periodical reports of the Company in 2012 as follows:
Annual reports for 2012:
a) standalone report for the Company - 14 March 2013
b) consolidated report for the capital group of the Company - 14 March 2013
Semi-annual report for the first half of 2013:
a) consolidated semi-annual report for H1 2013 for the capital group of the Company - 22
August 2013
Quarterly reports for 2013:
a) consolidated report for the first quarter of 2013 for the capital group of the Company - 15
May 2013
b) consolidated report for the third quarter of 2013 for the capital group of the Company - 14
November 2013
In addition the Management Board of the Company hereby represents that in accordance with the article 83 Section 1 of the Regulation, the Company will not announce separately the standalone quarterly reports for the Company, while the consolidated quarterly reports for the capital group of the Company will include the quarterly condensed consolidated financial statements for the capital group of the Company and the quarterly condensed financial information on the Company.
Furthermore, the Management Board announces that the Company in accordance with the article 102 Section 1 and the article 101 Section 2 of the Regulation will not announce the consolidated quarterly reports for the fourth quarter of 2012 and the second quarter of 2013.
The Company will also not announce separately the standalone semi-annual report for the Company for the first half of 2013 in accordance with the article 83 Section 3 of the Regulation, while the consolidated semi-annual report for the capital group of the Company will include the semi-annual condensed consolidated financial statement for the capital group of the Company and the semi-annual condensed financial statement for the Company.
