Management Board of the company trading under the name ABADON REAL ESTATE S.A. with its registered offices in Bielsko-Biała ("the Issuer" or "the Company")announces dates of publishing periodic reports in 2018:

Annual report:

• •annual report and consolidated annual report for the year 2017: 30 April 2018

Half-year report:

• •consolidated report for H1 2018: 1 October 2018

Quarterly reports:

• •consolidated report for Q1 2018: 30 May 2018

• •consolidated report for Q3 2018: 29 November 2018

At the same time, the Issuer informs you that pursuant to §83 sections 1 and 3 the Resolution of the Minister ofFinances of 19.02.2009 on current and periodic information published by issuers of securities and conditions forconsidering as equivalent information required by law of a country that is not the member country ("the Resolution")it shall not publish separate quarterly and semiannual individual reports of the Company, placing them in consolidated reports of the capital group.

At the same time, pursuant to §101 section 2 the Resolution the Issuer shall not publishindividual or consolidated quarterly report for the Q4 2017 and Q2 2018.
