Dates and venues are:
- 20 January at Datchet SC
- 27 January at Sussex YC
- 3 February at Downs SC
Each day will focus on club development and workshops will include:
- Demand creation & managing new members
- Improving the offer to new members
- Attracting new sailors into club activity
- Encourage and support family boating activities
- RYA Onboard to junior & family club membership
We would like to encourage two people to attend from each club but no more than two due to capacity.
Refreshments and lunch will be provided for free on the day.
The workshop will be hosted by your Regional Development Officer Steve Mitchell and supported by the region's sailing Development Officers Sam Rowe & Ben Kimbell.
