January 27th, 2016 Vancouver, BC - Quizam Media Corporation ("the Company") (TSXV:QQ) is pleased to announce that the 4,300,000 Unit PP @ $0.03.5 is now closed.

The Private Placement was priced at $0.035 per Unit. Each unit consists of one common share and one 18 month warrant priced at 10 cents.

Subscription details are as follows: 9 Placees;

Insider Blueskyview Software Corp. (Russ Rossi) - 900,000 units Insider Canaccord Genuity ITF Russ Rossi - 179,429 units Finders' fees: 85,714 payable to Marco Grondin

Shares and warrants issued as a result of this Private Placement will be subject to a four month hold period expiring May 27th, 2016
