John Legg Appointed Chief Operating Officer
Mark Watkins to Step Down as Chief Financial Officer

ALPINE, Utah, Jan. 14, 2019 /PRNewswire/ - Purple Innovation, Inc. (NASDAQ: PRPL) ('Purple'), an innovative comfort product company known for creating the 'World's First No Pressure™ Mattress,' today announced that John Legg has been appointed Chief Operating Officer, effective January 21, 2019.

Legg has over 20 years of experience in supply chain management in the wholesale, retail and e-commerce/direct-to-consumer sectors. Prior to joining Purple, he served as a partner in the consulting firm Claris Solutions Group since September 2017. From 2015 to 2017, he served as Senior Vice President Global Operations for Global Brands Group, providing strategic direction across a number of operational areas. Prior to joining Global Brands Group, Legg was the Senior Vice President Logistics and Supply Chain for the Zale Corporation from 2010 to 2015. Legg also worked in supply chain and distribution roles with Tory Burch, Warnaco, and Liz Claiborne earlier in his career. He is a graduate of Northeastern University, in Boston, MA, and holds a BS in Business Administration, Transportation and Distribution Management.

The Company also announced that Mark Watkins plans to step down from his role as Chief Financial Officer for personal reasons effective March 15, 2019, after filing the Company's form 10-K.
