By Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices, the new real estate brokerage network operated by HSF Affiliates LLC, today announced that Prudential Trend Realty has joined the network and is operating as Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Trend Realty.
Trend Realty, a full-service brokerage, has established itself as a leader in northern Florida real estate over 35 years serving Gainesville and greater Alachua County. The brokerage joins a growing roster of affiliates that have transitioned to the brand, including ones in California, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Iowa, Kentucky, Michigan, Missouri, Nebraska, New Hampshire, North Carolina, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Texas, West Virginia and Washington. McIntosh and his agents celebrated the brand launch today during a breakfast at the Haile Plantation Country Club in Gainesville, joined by Earl Lee, CEO of HSF Affiliates. McIntosh discussed how the brand will help Trend Realty achieve its growth objectives and how Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices will change the face of Gainesville-area real estate.
