Based on the Financial Supervisory Authority Regulation no. 5/2018 related to the issuers of financial instruments and market operations, hereby informs the public that, in compliance with the Resolution no. 2 of the Extraordinary General Meeting of the Shareholders held in 09.12.2021, the company Practic SA, as promissory seller, concluded a sale-purchase pre contract whose object was a land located in Bucharest, 1 Primaverii Blvd, District 1, with a surface of 1.361,8 sq. m as per the ownership deed (specifically 1.362 sq. m as per the measurements) with cadastral no. 203999 (former cadastral no. 16292) and registered in the land registry no. 203999 of Bucharest, District 1 (former cadastral no. 39203), and collected, as advance payment, the amount of 19.774.000 Lei, the equivalent of 4.000.000 euro, in compliance with the notary deed authenticated under no. 30/14.01.2022.
