Pontoon, the global leader in workforce solutions, is pleased to announce the appointment of Neil Jones to the position of Managing Director, EMEA.

Most recently, Jones served at Pontoon’s parent company, the Adecco Group, as Chief Executive Officer for Australia and New Zealand. Prior to that assignment, he served as President of Pontoon’s Asia Pacific operations (APAC), responsible for driving sales and operational delivery across Australia, China, Hong Kong, India, Japan, Singapore and the broader Asia region. Notably, Neil was a key member of the executive team that launched Pontoon in 2013.

Now based in London, Jones adds considerable leadership and expertise to Pontoon’s growing presence in the European market. Pontoon recently completed the integration of hyphen, bringing the Adecco Group’s solutions in MSP (Managed Service Provider) and RPO (Recruitment Process Outsourcing) together under one brand. Pontoon begins 2016 with more than 550 employees in Europe, an increased client base and expanded HR outsourcing services.

Jones has more than 20 years of experience in the recruitment and staffing industry across general and professional staffing and outsourcing, with a focus on RPO and MSP solutions across APAC and EMEA. Jones earned a BA Hons, Business Studies from the University of the West of England.
