Pegasystems Inc. (NASDAQ: PEGA), the leader in Business Process Management (BPM) and a leading provider of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) solutions, todayannounced a new client in France: Macif, a large insurance and services group. Sopra Group, a major player in consultancy, computer services and software production in Europe, will be responsible for the implementation of this strategic project.

In connection with its Enterprise Project, the Macif Group has reaffirmed that the quality of relations with its 5 million plus members was a priority in looking after them for day-to-day transactions and throughout their life. MACIF has therefore launched an overall Customer Relations Management overhaul programme aimed at improving member satisfaction and increasing its operational efficiency in all channels.
