CHANGE OF CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER

The board of directors (the "Board") of Peace Map Holding Limited (the "Company") announces that Mr. XU Jian ("Mr. XU"), an executive director of the Company, has been appointed as the chief financial officer of the Company (the "Chief Financial Officer") with effect from 19 January 2018, following the resignation of Mr. FENG Tao ("Mr. FENG") as the Chief Financial Officer on 1 November 2017.

Mr. XU, aged 33, was appointed as an executive director of the Company on 1 October 2017. Mr.

XU holds a Master's degree in professional accounting from Chinese Academy of Fiscal Sciences and a Bachelor's degree in accounting from Zhongnan University of Economics and Law. Mr. XU has over 10 years' experience in accounting, financial management and investment management.

He is currently the assistant chief financial officer of AVIC International (HK) Group Limited, a substantial shareholder of the Company.

Save as disclosed above, Mr. XU's other position in the Company and the Board remain the same and there is no information relating to the appointment of Mr. XU as the Chief Financial Officer which is required to be disclosed pursuant to Rules 13.5(2) (h) to (v) of the Rules Governing the Listing of Securities on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited and there is no other matter which needs to be brought to the attention of the shareholders of the Company.

The Board would like to thank Mr. FENG for his contribution to the Company during his tenure of office, and would also like to express its warmest welcome to Mr. XU for taking up the new appointment.
