POSITIVE PROFIT ALERT

This announcement is made by PC Partner Group Limited (the "Company", together with its subsidiaries, the "Group") pursuant to Rule 13.09 of the Rules Governing the Listing of Securities on the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited (the "Listing Rules") and the Inside Information Provisions (as defined in the Listing Rules) under Part XIVA of the Securities and Future Ordinance (Cap. 571 of the Laws of Hong Kong).

The board of directors of the Company (the "Board") wishes to inform the shareholders of the Company and potential investors that based on a preliminary review and analysis of the unaudited consolidated management accounts of the Group for the twelve months ended 31 December 2017, the Group is expected to achieve more than double on net profit attributable to owners of the Company as compared to the year ended 31 December 2016. The substantial increase on sales is mainly attributable to strong growth on sales for the second half of this year, such increase was primarily attributable to the strong demand on video graphics cards from blockchain application and platform, and the rise of eSports which has also driven a higher demand of gaming hardware.

The information contained in this announcement is only a preliminary assessment by the Board of its performance for the year ended 31 December 2017 based on the unaudited management accounts of the Group for the twelve months ended 31 December 2017 and not on any data or information which has been audited or reviewed by the Company's auditors. Details of the annual results of the Company for the year of 2017 will be published in the 2017 annual results announcement which is expected to be released in March 2018.
