This represents a significant milestone since the launch of the HD service just four years ago.

Among the eight shows premiering on Outdoor Channel is "Gridiron Outdoors," which follows current and former famed football players, such as Jerome Felton, Scott Fujitaand Alex Mack, as they go off the football field to tackle the challenges of the outdoors. Outdoor Channel HD is now available as part of Cox's HD Plus Package on Channel 1161. Additionally, Outdoor Channel is available as part of Cox's Sports and Info Pak on Channel 161.
