January 2019 - In December 2018, One Square Advisory Services GmbH ("One Square"), in its capacity as joint representative of the EUR 50 million, 2015/2020, 3.500% convertible bonds issued by publity AG (the "Convertible Bond", ISIN: DE000A169GM5/ WKN: A169GM), has appointed the law firm G&P Gloeckner.Fuhrmann.Nentwich.Bankel.Rechtsanwaltsgesellschaft mbH ("G&P"), a law firm domiciled in Nuremberg, Germany, to prepare a legal opinion on the issue of a right to early redemption pursuant to § 14 of the terms and conditions of the Convertible Bond (the "Opinion"). The joint representative of the Convertible Bond invites the bondholders to an investor conference call,
on Thursday the 24/1/2019 at 16.00 CET (in German language) and / or, on Thursday the 24/1/2019 at 17.00 CET (in English language)
Interested bondholders of the Convertible Bond can request a copy of the Opinion and the dial-in details for one of the two telephone conferences from One Square by sending a current securities account statement (not older than 10 working days) as proof of creditor status.
