Notice is hereby given that the Oconto County Planning & Zoning Committee will hold public hearings on February 13, 2017 on the proposed redistricting of the following properties under the Oconto County Zoning Ordinance.

APPLICATION NO. 1 at 9:00 AM at the Lena Town Hall for Terry and Milton Hallada, 6650 County Road M, Lena, WI 54139 to rezone from Agricultural District to Rural Residential District. Location of the property is in Section 4, T29N, R20E, Town of Lena, 6430 County Road M. (On-site inspection at 8:45 AM)

APPLICATION NO. 2 at 10:00 AM at the Stiles Town Hall for David Lahner, 4577 Hunters Glen Drive, Sheboygan, WI 53083, Agent: Kerry Monfort for a variance from the Oconto County Land Division to create a lot with no frontage on a public road. Location of the property is in Section 32, T28N, R20E, Town of Stiles, 5091 West Slope Lane. (On-site inspection at 9:45 AM)

APPLICATION NO. 3 at 10:15 AM at the Stiles Town hall for David Lahner, 4577 Hunters Glen Drive, Sheboygan, WI 53083, Agent: Kerry Monfort to rezone from Forest District to Residential Single Family District. Location of the property is in Section 32, T28N, R20E, Town of Stiles, 5091 West Slope Lane. (On-site inspection at 9:45 AM)

Notice is further given that printed copies of the proposed rezonings are available for public inspection in the Zoning Office, Courthouse, Oconto, Wisconsin during regular office hours.
