25/01/2016 - With Europe experiencing humanitarian migration of an unprecedented scale, countries are facing increasing challenges to ensure their integration systems are 'fit for purpose'. To highlight the importance and value of integration, and the economic opportunities newly arrived refugees and migrants can create, the OECD and UNHCR are organizing a high-level Conference on Integrating Refugees on Thursday 28 January 2016.

Journalists are invited to attend a news conference held by OECD Secretary-General Angel Gurría and UN High Commissioner for Refugees Filippo Grandi at 14.15 p.m. CET at the OECD Conference Centre in Paris that day.

This press conference will be webcast live at: http://video.oecd.org. Journalists unable to attend are welcome to email their questions to Anna Biernat and we will have them answered for you during or after the event.

To register for the press conference, journalists should contact Anna Biernat of the OECD Media Division (tel. + 33 1 45 24 14 28).
