Nireus SA : Review and setting of the interest rate on the Convertible Bond Loan

NIREUS SA announces, according to the terms of issue of the Convertible Bond Loan of the
Company which is traded on the Athens Stock Exchange with ISIN code GRC234107781 that has
been issued on 12.07.2007 and according to the ATHEX Rulebook (par 4.2.e) and after the
resolutions of the 2nd Repetitive Meeting of the Bondholders of 10.01.2014, that:
The interest rate on the Bond which will apply for the period from 12.01.2014 until, and
including, 30.01.2014 was reviewed and set at 5,190%  (Euribor 0,190%, calculated with the
method of simple linear interpolation,  plus 5.00%).
