Nireus SA : Resolutions of the General Meeting of the Bondholders of 27 January 2014

NIREUS AQUACULTURE SA announces, following a notification received by the Bank EUROBANK Ergasias S.A., Bondholders' Representative of the Company's Convertible Bond with an initial balance of €19.995.575,10, that the General Meeting of the Bondholders was held on January the 27th, 2014 at 14:00 hours at the registered office of the Company, 1st km Koropiou-Varis Ave. & Dimokritou Str., Koropi, Attiki, and was attended by person or in proxy by 8 bondholders representing 1.383.614 bonds from a total of 1.794.284 bonds, namely with a participation percentage of 77.11 % on the outstanding balance of the aforementioned bond.

The Bondholders' Meeting resolved, with a majority of 75.13% of the outstanding balance of the aforementioned loan, to postpone the payment of the installment due on 31.01.2014, and accrued interest, to 28.02.2014.

The voting results are presented hereunder:
