Nevardo Arguello Joins Newmark Knight Frank to Lead Global Corporate Services throughout Latin America

Newmark Knight Frank (NKF) is pleased to announce the addition of notable industry expert Nevardo Arguello to its Mexico City office. Joining the firm's Global Corporate Services (GCS) practice as Executive Managing Director, Latin America, Mr. Arguello is charged with delivering industry-leading, in- depth real estate solutions to NKF's GCS clients, enhancing their capabilities in what is a very strategic region for the company.

Prior to joining NKF, Arguello was Division President for Latin America GWS at CBRE. His experience also includes Chief Operating Officer for Latin America, where he was responsible for the development and execution of the overall strategy and operations management for the region; and Chief compliance & Ethics Officer for Latin America, where he was charged with introducing and embedding company values within the fabric of the region's culture. While at CBRE, he received the 2017 Market Leader Turnaround Award.

A graduate of the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) with a bachelor's degree in Psychology and Business Administration, Mr. Arguello began his career at UBS Financial Services, after spending time at the University of Salamanca, Spain.
