The area of Cwmavon Road (B4286) affected by a landslide on December 30, 2017, has now re-opened with a lane closure and traffic signals in operation. The traffic signals will be manned at peak times at the start and end of the day until the road is fully re-opened.
Motorists are advised to allow additional travelling time when using this route.
The access off Cwmavon Road into Ynys - y - Wern is closed at present to assist with traffic flow on the main Cwmavon Road.
All Home-to-School Transport will operate as normal.
