The Board of Directors of the Company is proposing to seek shareholders' approval at the forthcoming Thirteenth Annual General Meeting ('13th AGM') for the Company to amend its Articles of Association to be in line with the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad and to update the Articles of Association of the Company to be consistent with the prevailing laws, guidelines or requirements of the relevant authorities as well as to further enhance administrative efficiency of the Company ('Proposed Amendments').
The Proposed Amendments shall be tabled as Special Business at the forthcoming 13th AGM for approval of shareholders of the Company.
