Swedish ICA stores - December sales figures

Sales in ICA stores increased by 2.9% in December 2019 compared with the
corresponding month last year. Sales in like-for-like stores increased by 2.7%
compared to last year.

In December 2019, sales in ICA stores totalled SEK 11,529 million excluding VAT,
which is an increase of 2.9% compared with the same month in the previous year.
Sales in January-December 2019 amounted to SEK 121,941 million, an increase of
3.1% compared with the previous year.

ICA Gruppen estimates the calendar effect for December to be -0.4%.

At 31 December 2019, the number of ICA stores was 1,270. Store sales for January
will be published on 10 February 2020 at 08:45 CET.
