São Paulo, January 2, 2018 - Movida Participações S.A. (B3: MOVI3) hereby announces to the market that, as of that date, its shares will be included in B3's IBrX-100 Index.
The IBrX-100 is a price index that measures the return of a theoretical portfolio with 100 shares selected among the most traded in B3 in terms of number of trades and financial volume. According to the portfolio disclosed by B3, Movida shares will have 0.037% of the index structure. The term of the portfolio is from January 02nd to April 02nd, 2018.
