Mobile Services by Stream, the only mobile service provider that allows you to choose from two major networks and earn free mobile services when you refer your friends, is now available to customers nationwide. The newest offering from the direct selling giant, Associates are already eagerly signing on new customers. Associates and corporate team members celebrated their new mobile offering, along with the company’s ten-year anniversary, at its “Unleashed” event in Las Vegas this past weekend.

“Our mobile launch marks the beginning of an exciting new chapter in our company’s history. We celebrated ten years of impressive success and our entry into the mobile marketplace with a tremendous launch event in Las Vegas. Mobile is the first of a number of new Stream offerings that will connect the home,” said Mark “Bouncer” Schiro, Stream president and CEO. “Energy is in our DNA, and always will be, but we’re thrilled to diversify our offering, creating boundless opportunities for our Associates to succeed.”

Powered by the largest GSM 4G LTE network in America and one of the newest CDMA 4G LTE networks, Stream’s mobile branch offers dependable cellular services within the continental United States, boasting reliable coverage, fast speeds, and the latest technology. Customers are able to choose the network that works best for them (full coverage maps available here). Without the limiting confines of commitments or contracts, customers are able to cancel at any time at no charge or penalty.

With individual and group plan options starting as low as $30 a month, Mobile Services by Stream customers can elect to bring their own device, or shop from Stream’s comprehensive selection of devices (starting February 15). Once enrolled in Mobile Services by Stream, customers can trade in any old devices to receive cash back toward a new phone.

As part of Stream’s “Mobile Your Way” concept, the direct marketing company is introducing a Bill Analysis tool that compares a customer’s current bill against the potential Stream bill. The Stream bill is determined with the help of a data usage calculator, which shows exactly how much data a customer actually needs based on current usage. After a customer provides relevant information such as the number of emails sent and received per month, an Associate works with the customer to choose the ideal plan.

To make mobile a transparent process and safeguard against any surprise upcharges, Stream will send a courtesy text to customers when they reach 60 percent, 85 percent, and 100 percent of their data plan. Since Stream’s mobile plans are flexible, customers can adjust their plans to a higher or lower data plan at any time based on usage needs. If customers do exceed their plan allotment, they only pay .015¢ per MB, a low rate compared to other options on the market.

According to the Brightstar Intelligence 2014 Mobile Trends Report, the mobility world leapfrogs instead of changing gradually. Report findings predict the industry is poised for another major jump, and Stream intends to be first on the other side.

Brightstar reported that consumers are clamoring for more competitive pricing, fewer contract hassles, and tailored options to fit their needs. Stream’s mobile packages answer demands with premium customer support, reliable service, the flexibility to change plans anytime without penalties, and other key features not available through other providers.

“With mobile, we’re continuing our overarching mission of providing value, trust and simplicity, but in a completely new market. We’ve worked with expert consultants over the past several months who have helped make this nationwide launch possible. We’re looking forward to making mobile simple and cost effective for our customers - the exact concept we introduced to the energy market ten years ago,” said Schiro.
