Becker, Esq. as General Counsel. Ms. Becker will provide general legal counsel to internal stakeholders and the Board of Directors on company matters, as well as manage the company's internal and external contracting process, including negotiating agreements on behalf of the organization.

Ms. Becker's prior legal and professional experience includes counseling numerous non-profit, for profit and public agency clients on a variety of complex transactional issues, including telecommunications, public law, corporate governance, M&A, governmental regulatory requirements, and health law, such as HIPAA, HITECH, Stark, and Anti-Kickback, as well as contract and employment law issues. Ms. Becker is also an extensive lecturer and published author on many health care related topics, including two HIPAA Compliance manuals. Ms. Becker was awarded her Juris Doctor, magna cum laude, from the Delaware Law School, Wilmington, DE and has a bachelor's of science degree in Finance from St. Joseph's University, Philadelphia, PA.
