* An aggregate amount of the Reserve fund is made of balances on Federal Treasury's accounts with the Central Bank of the Russian Federation in rubles and foreign currencies. The exchange rates of foreign currencies and cross rates for the calculation purposes on each date are official exchange rates of foreign currencies against ruble set by the Central Bank of the Russian Federation on date previous to report date and cross rates calculated by use of mentioned official exchange rates. From 12 November 2008 till 17 January 2011 the above-mentioned aggregate amount also included investment of the funds in the Russian Federation's reserve position in the International Monetary Fund.
The accrued interest for relative period treated as investments return on balances on the foreign currency accounts and as investments return on funds investment in the 's reserve position in the IMF are not included.
** Actual value of GDP in corresponding fiscal year published by the Federal State Statistics Service (Rosstat) is used. Forecasted value of GDP according to the Federal law on the federal budget for the corresponding fiscal year is used until the data on actual value of GDP is published.
